Privacy & your data

YaadGuide is a free pilot. There is no account and no sign-up. We keep what we need to run and improve the pilot — nothing more.

What we store

• Your search choices (vibe, timing, group, budget) so we can match you and improve recommendations.
• Anonymous usage events (which screens and buttons were used) and how you arrived (partner/QR/link).
• If you tap “Chat on WhatsApp” or “Call”, we record that a contact happened — to measure the pilot.
• Optional feedback you choose to send us.

What we do NOT do

• We don’t ask for your name, email or phone number.
• Your message to a provider goes directly to them on WhatsApp — it does not pass through us.
• We don’t sell data or build advertising profiles.

How long we keep it

Pilot interaction data (searches, events, contact and feedback records) is automatically deleted after 180 days. You can ask us to delete your session data sooner.
